Time & Pricing
Appointments are scheduled with enough time to groom your dog safely and comfortably, never rushed. Prices listed are starting estimates based on weight. Final pricing is confirmed at drop-off after seeing your dog's coat condition, size, and temperament. If additional time or care is needed, it will always be discussed first.
Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, including no-shows, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. This fee must be paid before future services can be booked.
